I am an accomplished marketing and communications leader in both B2B and B2C, with 20+ years growing, evolving and protecting some of the largest brands in the world, across diverse industries including technology, FMCG, wellness, retail and automotive.
I have spearheaded world-class marketing campaigns driving brand consideration, relevancy to new audiences, and grown trust for brands including HP, PayPal, Microsoft, Kellogg, Audi and IKEA, in addition to brands owned by Unilever, Procter & Gamble, GSK, Kimberly-Clark and Diageo.
A go-to-market strategy specialist, having launched new products within Europe, Australia and the Asia Pacific region, including products for P&G, Unilever and market entry in Japan for Microsoft Advertising. I have developed new product lines and service innovations grounded in insight, gaining a Diageo Marketing Excellence award for this work.
Having served as managing director and executive vice president of the world’s leading marketing communications agencies, I have proven commercial acumen, driving large-scale business transformation whilst building and leading exceptional teams across geographies. I am adept at navigating complex matrix stakeholder environments, driving communication and collaboration to ensure alignment.
I run training sessions and 1:1 coaching for senior executive leaders with a focus on how to develop and leverage their personal brand to better drive business growth. And I am a trusted mentor for next generation leaders through LEAD Mentoring and The Marketing Academy.
I am regularly asked to speak at marketing industry events including The Australian CMO Summit this year, and I am invited to judge the most prestigious marketing and creative awards, previously serving as Head of Jury for the APAC EFFIEs, and judging annually.
I’ve also served as an executive advisor to the United Nations Development Programme, The Lion’s Share, a planet-first movement and I am proud to be an alumni of The Marketing Academy.
